Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy

At Craftier, we believe in flexibility and value. Our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy allows you to upgrade or return your jewellery anytime.

Lifetime Exchange

If you choose to exchange your Craftier piece, the current market value will be credited as Craftier Credits in your account. These credits remain valid for 365 days and can be used on any Craftier jewelry purchase.

Lifetime Buyback

Opting for a buyback allows you to return your jewelry for a market-value refund. Once processed, the refund will be applied to your Craftier account or returned to your original payment source, depending on your preference.

Jewelry Valuation

Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry:

• Exchange: 100% of the gold/platinum value, 100% of prevailing diamond value, 70% of prevailing polki value and 50% of prevailing lab grown & other precious stones value less any discount given at time of original sale.
• Buyback: 100% of the gold/platinum value, 80% of prevailing diamond value, 50% of prevailing polki value and 50% of prevailing lab grown & other precious stones value less any discount given at time of original sale.

Note: This policy applies to purchases within India only, and any missing certifications may affect exchange or buyback valuations.
